1. Definitions
1.1 The following provisions define the terms and conditions that govern your use of, access to and participation in any services provided by, MANSION.COM (referred to as “MANSION.COM”, “we”, “our” or “us” as the context requires) from time to time, including, without limitation to the Casino as defined below (the “Service(s)”) on and/or through the website at www.Mansion.com, and any other website operated by MANSION.COM (the “Website(s)”).
These provisions are intended to be read in conjunction with Betting Rules respectively (the “House Betting Rules” ) where applicable, and any other terms and conditions governing the use of the Services, Software and access to the Website(s) and the Information comprised therein (collectively these “Terms and Conditions” ).
1.2 “Betting” or “bet(s)” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions include, without limitation, wagering, gaming and gambling conducted in relation to any and/or all of the Service(s) offered on the Website(s);
“Device(s)” means any application access devices, including but not limited to personal computers, laptops, mobile telephones, personal digital assistants, PDA telephones employed for the use of and access to the Website(s) and participation in the Services;
“Player Account” – One personal single account pertaining to one domestic household address, opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to take part in Betting;
“Software” – the software licensed to us including any program or data file or any other content derived thereof, that is required to be downloaded, accessed or otherwise utilised by you from the Website enabling you to participate in the Services;
2. Acceptance

2.2 If you do not agree with any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions, please do not tick the box next to the “I agree to the terms and conditions”, do not click the “CREATE” button, and do not attempt to use or continue using any of the Services or download and/or install the Software.
3. Modification
3.1 We reserve the sole right to amend, update and modify these Terms and Conditions and the House Betting Rules (or any part thereof) from time to time and any such amendment, update or modification will be published on the Website(s). The amended, updated or modified Terms and Conditions and the House Betting Rules shall be effective upon publication on the Website(s). Continued use of, access to and participation in the Services on or through our Website(s) and Device(s) after such publication constitute your acceptance to the modified or updated Terms and Conditions and the House Betting Rules as published from time to time.
3.2 You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to check for any such amendments, updates and/or modifications. MANSION.COM may, in its sole discretion, notify you of such updates and modifications. Such notification, as may be provided by MANSION.COM in its sole discretion from time to time, shall not constitute an obligation upon MANSION.COM to notify you of such amendments, updates or modifications.
4. Information and Intellectual Property
4.1 The information, material and data provided or made available to you on or generated and/or collected by the Website(s), Services and/or through the Device(s) and/or in any other form including, without limitation, marketing programmes and materials, results, statistics, sporting data and fixture lists, odds and betting figures, text, graphics, video and audio content (the “Information”), belong to MANSION.COM and/or the appropriate third party and are for your personal and non-commercial use only.
4.2 Save as expressly provided by these Terms and Conditions, you may not in any way or by any means adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, include in a cable programme, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease or license or otherwise make the Information available to any other person, or on another website, online service or bulletin board, or on any other media and/or Device without our express prior written consent or in the case of third party material, without the prior written consent of the owner of the proprietary rights in such material.
4.3 The Software, Services and the Information provided on the Website(s) and/or through Device(s) are protected by copyright, trademarks and other forms of intellectual and proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in and to the Software, Services and Information on the Website(s) are owned by, licensed to and/or controlled by MANSION.COM (or its licensors). You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights or interests, or any licences to the Software, Services and the Information through your use of and access to the Software, (other than that expressly provided for under this Agreement (see clause 8.2)), Services and the Information through your use of and access to the Software, Services and Information provided on the Website(s) and/ or through Device(s).
5. Conditions of Use
5.1 As a condition of use of the Services, you warrant and undertake that you shall not use or access the Website(s), Services, Software and/or the Information for any purpose that is unlawful under any law that is applicable to you or that is prohibited by and/or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Residents of the following countries and their territories shall not be allowed to partake in real play gambling activities: Israel, France, Estonia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Spain, Denmark and the United States of America, in addition residents of Singapore shall be blocked from accessing the Website(s) in their entirety. In particular (and in addition to all other representations and warranties set out in these Terms and Conditions), you warrant, accept and undertake as a condition of use of the Services:
- (i) that you are acting on your own behalf;
- (ii) that you are not restricted by limited legal capacity;
- (iii) that you are not diagnosed or classified as a pathological or compulsive gambler;
- (iv) that you are of the age of (i) 18 or (ii) any such other legal age or age or majority as determined by any laws applicable to you, whichever age is greater (“Legal Age”);
- (v) that you are fully aware of the risk of losing money in the course of using the Services;
- (vi) that you are not depositing money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorised activities;
- (vii) that you are not conducting criminal or otherwise unlawful or unauthorised activities and/or intending to use your account opened with us in connection with such activities and that you shall not use or allow other persons to use the Services and your betting account for any criminal or otherwise unlawful activities including, without limitation, money laundering, under any law applicable to you or us;
- (viii) to keep your username, account number and password secure, confidential and protected against unauthorised access or use and to ensure to you should change your password immediately or notify us immediately if the confidentiality of your username, password or account number has been compromised in any way;
- (ix) to be solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the access to and use of the Services on and through the Website(s) and/or Device(s) under your username, account number and password regardless of whether such access and/or use was authorised by or known to you or not;
- (x) not to use the Services, Website(s), Device(s), Software or the Information in any way which interferes or may interfere with the availability of the Services and the Website(s) to other users nor do anything that degrades or may degrade the operational performance of the Services and Website(s);
- (xi) not to solicit or in any manner seek to obtain any information relating to other users;
- (xii) not to upload or distribute any program, file or data that contain viruses, are corrupted or may affect the operational performance of the Device(s), Software, Services and/or Website(s);
- (xiii) that your access to or use of the Services and Information on and through the Website(s) and/or the Device(s) is not illegal or prohibited by laws that are applicable to you or contractual obligations which apply to you personally or to persons in the country from which you are currently accessing the Website(s) or using the Device(s);
- (xiv) not to use any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, Device(s), Software, Website(s), Information or any transactions offered at the Website(s) and/or through the Device(s);
- (xv) not to post or transmit to the Website(s) and/or to the Device(s) or to any other users, any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially or ethnically objectionable, pornographic or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; and
- (xvi) that you are not an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of MANSION.COM or any affiliate of MANSION.COM;
- (xvii) that you are not a relative of an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of MANSION.COM or any affiliate of MANSION.COM; and
- (xviii) not to interfere with other users’ use of the Services, Website(s), Software, Devices and/or Information or initiate and/or engage in surveys, contests, chain letters or post/transmit “junk mail”, “spam” or any unsolicited mass dissemination of email.
- (xix) You acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games played on the Website and you accept the outcomes of all such games. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on the Software and the game server, the result that appears on the game server will prevail and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the gaming activity.
- (xx) You agree that we or a payment processing company on our behalf will handle all financial account transactions (“Payment Processor”). You hereby agree that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe or any suspicion that you may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, collusion, unlawful, or improper activity.
- (xxi) You accept that you are solely responsible for the supply and maintenance of all of the computer equipment and telecommunications networks and internet access services that you need to use in order to access the Services. We will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss caused to you by the internet or any telecommunication service provider which you have engaged in order to access to the Services or to the Website.
- (xxii) You will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages our reputation or our software provider or any other related service providers.
- (xxiii) All details which you give or have given in the process of registering with for use of the Services are accurate and that you will continue to update such details should there be any changes.
- (xxiv) You are not colluding or attempting to collude or intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other player in the course of any Betting.
- (xxv) The debit card details supplied by you in the registration process are those of the registered account holder and the card has not been reported as lost or stolen;
- (xxvi) You have not previously held a Player Account which was suspended or terminated either by us or by any other online gaming operator, charged back any monies via a Player Account or maintains a current Player Account.
- (xxvii) In opening the Player Account you will not provide any information or make any statement to us which is untrue, false, incorrect or misleading.
6. Registration and Opening Your Betting Account and Membership
6.1 In order to play and bet with MANSION.COM and to use the Services, you must complete the application for account opening and membership in the manner set out on the Website(s) (the “Membership Application”).
6.2 You represent and undertake that all information supplied by you when registering and completing the Membership Application is accurate, true and complete in all respects including, your name on the Membership Application (“Name”), sources of funds (including the relevant bank accounts and card numbers) and residential address.
6.3 We will take reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information as disclosed to us shall remain confidential and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. We will not report or disclose your personal data or betting information unless compelled to do so by any applicable laws and regulations, Court order, or by the relevant gaming or law enforcement authorities or as otherwise provided for in these Terms and Conditions. It is your sole responsibility to keep your personal information confidential. We reserve the right to disclose and transfer your personal data to our respective payment settlement service providers and financial institutions to the extent necessary for the completion of payments for Services provided through the Website or if compelled to do so by applicable laws and regulations, to the relevant gaming or law enforcement authorities.
6.4 It is also your sole responsibility to ensure that the laws applicable to you do not prohibit you from using and accessing the Website(s) and the Information contained therein, downloading and installing the Software and/or using and participating in the Services.
6.5 We require further evidence of identification and age from you to verify your Membership Application (e.g. valid picture identification and debit card). If there is any change to your information details as originally supplied by you, you shall notify us of the relevant change without delay. In order to confirm your Name and address, MANSION.COM reserves the right, inter alia, to confirm your Name and address by post. MANSION.COM may, at its discretion, undertake additional security checks against any information that you provide. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you give consent for MANSION.COM to access, use, process and store the results of any identification verification or checks that may be made against you.
6.6 We reserve the right to reject your Membership Application without reference to you or assigning any reason whatsoever.
6.7 You are allowed to open only one betting account with MANSION.COM. Should we discover that you have more than one account with MANSION.COM, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to treat all accounts that you have with MANSION.COM as a single joint account or to terminate this Agreement.
7. Placement of Bets and Bet Acceptance Procedure
7.1 We accept bets for games, sporting and other events that are advertised on the Website(s) and/or through the Device(s) from time to time. All such bets are subject to the relevant House Betting Rules applicable to each event or game, and to these Terms and Conditions. If a manifest error or mistake occurs or an incorrect participant is quoted for any event, all bets placed on that event shall be void. In the event of any malfunction to the MANSION.COM gaming system, MANSION.COM reserves the right to void any and all bets placed.
7.2 Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, MANSION.COM reserves the right, in MANSION.COM’s absolute discretion, to decline all, or part, of any bet placed without providing any reason whatsoever.
7.3 We only accept bets made through the internet using the Devices in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Bets are not accepted in any other form (whether by post, email, fax or otherwise) and where received will be void regardless of the outcome. All bets made with MANSION.COM are considered and deemed to have been placed, received and accepted in Gibraltar.
7.4 Subject to clauses 7.1, 7.9, 7.10 and 7.12 herein, bets will be validly placed if your username and password have been entered correctly, subject always to there being sufficient available funds in your account.
7.5a You are responsible and liable for all activities and transactions that take place through the use of the following (or any combination thereof):
- (i) your name;
- (ii) your account number;
- (iii) your username and password;
regardless of whether the use of the foregoing was authorised by you or not.
7.5b You should refer to our Responsible Gaming provisions to ensure that underage persons are not allowed and indeed prevented from having access to the above information and /or your debit card details so as to enable them to play for real with us.
- (i) We shall presume that you have complied at all times with the provisions of this clause 7.5 and that all play for real with your account is by yourself and not by a minor.
- (ii) Should you be aware of any such instance of play by a minor with your account, you should report the same to your local police force and obtain a written report from them and case file reference number or equivalent and then forward the same to us where we will report the same to our regulator and deal with the matter in accordance with Gibraltar legislation.
7.6 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the details of your bets are correct. Subject to clauses 7.1, 7.9, 7.10, 7.12 and 7.17 herein, once your bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed by us, they may not be cancelled, revoked or changed and shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence in respect of the bets that you have placed.
7.7 Please note that all bets are logged and recorded in the transaction log database. MANSION.COM’s transaction logs are conclusive evidence of all transactions and times at which the transactions are placed.
7.8 Subject to clauses 7.1, 7.9, 7.10 and 7.12 herein, bets will be deemed valid and accepted by MANSION.COM when a transaction ID is displayed on your screen and duly reflected in your transaction history.
7.9 No betting is permitted after the commencement of an event and/or where the outcome of an event is known at the time of placement of your bet. If any event is erroneously left open for betting after the commencement of the event and/or where the outcome of an event is known, MANSION.COM reserves the right to decline or void such bets placed without reference to you. Acceptance of any bet or any part thereof shall be at the sole discretion of MANSION.COM. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not prohibit “in play” or “half time” bets.
7.10 Advertised start times of the events displayed on the Website(s) are for information purposes only. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted by MANSION.COM after an event or match has commenced, MANSION.COM reserves the right to cancel such bet.
7.11 Unless stated otherwise within the rules for each sport or event, the result of a match or event will be determined on the day of its conclusion for betting purposes. Any subsequent enquiry that may result in an overturned decision will not be recognised by MANSION.COM, and original settlement of bets will stand.
7.12 In respect of any bet and the associated transactions therewith, the decision of MANSION.COM is final and conclusive.
7.13 You acknowledge that our Random Number Generator (“RNG”) will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards, the outcome of the casino games and other randomly generated events that are part of our Services and that you agree to accept such shuffling and dealing of cards and the outcomes of the casino games and other randomly generated events performed by the RNG, are final and conclusive.
8. Software License & Security
8.1 You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Software that is made accessible to you (by download or otherwise) for your remote use on the Website through your Device are the part of the Services and are the property of MANSION.COM and/or its licensor, and that you do not gain any rights to such Software whatsoever. You may not in any way or by any means adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, broadcast, include in a cable programme, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease or license or otherwise communicate or make available such Software to any other person, or on another website, online service or bulletin board, or on any other media and/or device.
8.2 MANSION.COM hereby grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Software on your Device(s) (the “License”) PROVIDED THAT such installation and use is made through a Device of which you are the primary user.
8.3 The Software is licensed and distributed by MANSION.COM solely for the purpose of enabling end users of the Software to fully access and utilise the Services.
8.4 You are not allowed to:
- (i) install or load the Software onto a server of other networked device or take other steps to make the Software available via any form or bulletin board, online service or remote dial-in, or network to any other person;
- (ii) sub-license, assign, rent, lease, loan, transfer or copy (except as expressly provided elsewhere in this agreement), your licence to use the Software or make or distribute copies of the Software;
- (iii) allow any other person to use the Software;
- (iv) install or load the Software onto a server of other networked device or take other steps to make the Software available via any form or bulletin board, online service or remote dial-in, or network to any other person;
- (v) create or provide any means (including, without limitation, via emulators) through which the Software may be used by others;
- (vi) translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Software
- (vii) copy or translate any user documentation provided ‘online’ or in electronic format, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software or to create derivative works based on the whole or on any part of the Software;
- (viii) enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass the Our security system or interfere in any way (including but not limited to, robots and similar devices) with the Services or the Website or attempt to make any changes to the Software and/or any features or components thereof.
8.5 You acknowledge and agree that the Software and the Software user documentation provided on the Website(s) and/or through Device(s) or otherwise, are is owned by MANSION.COM and/or its licensors and is protected by copyrights, trademark rights and other forms of intellectual and proprietary rights. You hereby acknowledge that the structure, organisation and source code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets of MANSION.COM and its licensors. You acknowledge that save for the rights granted to you in accordance with the License, you do not acquire any rights or interests whatsoever in the Software and/or the Software user documentation.
8.6 Upon the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason, the License issued under this Agreement is automatically revoked and you shall stop using the Software and you shall uninstall the Software from your Device.
8.7 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, UNDERTAKINGS OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. WE HEREBY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED TERMS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES (INCLUDING ANY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
8.8 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE NON-INFRINGING OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE OR THE SERVERS ARE VIRUS-FREE. IN THE EVENT OF COMMUNICATIONS OR SYSTEM ERRORS OCCURING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SETTELMENT OF ACCOUNTS OR OTHER FEATURES OR COMPONENTS OF THE SOFTWARE NIETHER US NOR OUR SOFTWARE PROVIDER WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY COSTS, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR CLAIMS ARISING RESULTING FROM SUCH ERRORS. WE FURTHER RESERVE THE RIGHT IN THE EVENT OF SUCH ERRORS TO REMOVE ALL RELEVANT GAMES FROM THE SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE AND TAKE ANY OTHEHR ACTION TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS
8.9 You hereby acknowledge that it is not in our control how the Software is used by you. You load and use the Software at your own risk and in no event shall we be liable to you for any direct, consequential, incidental or special damage or loss of any kind (except personal injury or death resulting from our negligence).
8.10 The Software may include confidential information which is secret and valuable to the Software Provider and/or us. You are not entitled to use or disclose that confidential information other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
8.11 We only allow access to the Services through secured networks using encryption of the username and password. You cannot play and bet without passing our customer security login.
8.12 You may not use the Services for any commercial use or on behalf of another person. Any use of the Services by you is for own private purposes only.
8.13 You will not allow any third party to use your Player Account to use the Online Casino and you will not use any other person’s Player Account or means of payment to access the Online Casino or the Website or the Software It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the rules and procedures of the games in the Online Casino and your use of online gaming in general before you play any such games.
8.14 We are using the best methods available today for the encryption of the Username and Password information, and any other sensitive information transferred to and from the client application and our servers, thus securing the Player and us against manipulation attempts by a third party. If we have a suspicion that you have attempted to or may be attempting to break in, access or otherwise by-pass our security or the Software, we will be entitled to terminate with immediate effect your access to the Online Casino and/or have your account blocked, and we reserve the right to inform the applicable authorities.
9. Settlement of Transactions
9.1 When using a debit card, the cardholder’s name must be the same as the Name. MANSION.COM reserves the right not to settle a transaction in the event of discrepancies between the cardholder’s name and the Name.
9.2 You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to MANSION.COM and/or other players (as the case may be). In respect of any payment made by you, you agree that you will not make or procure the making of any charge-backs and/or deny or reverse any such payment, and that you will reimburse MANSION.COM for any charge-backs, denials or reversal of payments you make, and any and all losses suffered and expenses incurred by MANSION.COM as a consequence. MANSION.COM may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cease to provide services or payment to certain users or to users paying with certain debit cards.
9.3 Your winnings are exclusive of bet amount and this should be considered when placing your bet.
9.4 All your winnings will be credited to your account. MANSION.COM shall not in any way be responsible or liable to you for any funds/winnings credited to an account in error, and MANSION.COM reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at the time or retrospectively. Should funds be credited to your account in error it is your responsibility to inform MANSION.COM without delay.
9.5 Payment of any taxes, fees, charges or levies that may apply to your winnings under any applicable laws shall solely be your responsibility.
10. Funds paid to Mansion.com not held as fiduciary or trustee
10.1 As a condition of being allowed from time to time, to place bets for games, sporting and other events that are advertised on the Website(s) and/or through the Device(s) with Mansion.com pursuant to these Terms and Conditions (“transactions”) you hereby acknowledge and agree that by entering the Transactions payment of any funds by you to Mansion.com does not create any fiduciary relationship between the parties and in particular such funds are not held by Mansion.com as fiduciary or trustee to you or on your behalf nor does it create any fiduciary obligations of any nature on the part of Mansion.com to you, save that such a payment by you shall create a duty on the part of Mansion.com to account for such money by way of a debt owing from Mansion.com to you, always subject to, and in accordance with the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions and Mansion.com’s Withdrawal Policy.
11. Collection of Winnings
11.1 Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy and upon provision of a copy of valid photographic identification and/or debit card to our satisfaction.
11.2 Where your card issuer allows, your winnings may be credited to the debit card account which was used for the original placement of the deposit. A cheque or bank wire will only be issued in the Name, and where a deposit has been made by debit card this must also be the same as the name of the registered cardholder.
11.3 If the value of a deposit is not played through in full before a withdrawal is requested, MANSION.COM reserves the right to make a charge to your account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary the amount of the withdrawal may be reduced accordingly.
11.4 All bank charges that MANSION.COM incurs arising from or in connection with any of your betting transactions shall be borne and reimbursed by you and MANSION.COM is entitled to deduct and offset the foregoing from the winnings payable to you or from your account as the case may be.
11.5 Mansion will use its reasonable endeavours to release a player’s funds using their preferred method. 2. The words and terms below, when used in this contract, have the meaning given here, unless the context clearly implies otherwise and will govern the Player’s use of the Website.

- 18. References to a “person” include any individual, company, partnership, joint venture, association, organization, institution, trust or agency, having a distinct legal character;
- 19. References to gender include every gender and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa;
- 20. References to servers or “our server” or “our servers”, if appropriate, include a reference to a third-party server or servers used to provide the Services or Website;
- 21. Any sentence introduced by the words “comprising” or “including” or a similar expression is indicative and does not limit the meaning of words that follow, and will be considered “without limitation”.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3. By registering an Account with Mansion you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time, and acknowledge that they will govern your use of the Services.
4. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions incorporate the:

- 2. Privacy Policy;
- 3. General Bonus Terms and Conditions;
- 4. Bet Types & Sports Rules ;

- 6. Disconnection Policy .
5. Should there be any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the House Betting Rules the order of precedence shall be as follows:
- 1. the Terms and Conditions; and
- 2. the House Betting Rules.
6. The Agreement applies to the usage of the Services and comes into force as soon as you tick the acceptance box during the registration process and create your Player Account. Ticking this box confirms to us that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions and that you are a resident of Great Britain.
7. By using the Services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated in writing, and accepted by you before such changes are implemented.
8. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

3. MODIFICTION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mansion reserves the right to amend, modify and update these Terms and Conditions the Bonus Policy, the Withdrawal Policy, the Disconnection Policy the House Betting Rules and Privacy Policy at any time. Mansion also reserves the right to modify either partially or completely the terms of any promotion. In the event the Terms and Conditions change, a notification prior to such a change will be issued to the Player. On issuing such a notification the Player will have to accept the new terms and conditions before being able to access our Services again.
12. Continued use, access to and participation in the Services through the Website or any Devices after such notification shall constitute your acceptance of the update Terms and Conditions, Bonus Policy, Withdrawal Policy, Disconnection Policy, Privacy Policy and House Betting Rules.
13. These Terms and Condition represent the entire Agreement and understanding between you and us and cannot be modified except as expressly provided in clause 4.1 above. For the avoidance of doubt this expressly excludes any variation or change to these Terms and Conditions given orally. By chat, SMS, email or other such means inadvertently or otherwise by our individual customer service representative or any other Mansion representative.
14. Mansion’s right to amend, modify and update these Terms and Conditions as provided in clause 4.1 includes the right to novate it to a company in the Mansion Group as part of a corporate restructuring or reorganisation.
4. OPENING AN ACCOUNT
15. In order to play with Mansion and to use the Services, you must complete the application for account opening and membership in the manner set out on the Website (“Membership Application”).
16. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree and declare that you have entered your own correct personal details, and that the source of all funds used on the Website are derived from legal activities and that you will not use the Website for illegal or fraudulent activity, including (and without limitation) money laundering as provided by the governing law that applies to You and/or any Mansion Group company.
17. A person cannot request to open a Player Account or hold a Player Account if such person will not be the Player Account holder or if they are acting on behalf of a third party.
18. You are allowed to open only one Player Account on the Website, and Mansion reserves the right to close all multiple Player Accounts that are open, under the same name or connected to the same person. If a person has opened multiple Player Accounts on the Website, Mansion will have the right to take any action permitted under these Terms and Conditions, including that Mansion may credit the first Player Account that the Player opened with Mansion with the balances from the other Player Accounts that would have been closed. If Mansion has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has committed or attempted to commit any fraud, Mansion reserves the right to cancel any transaction pertaining to it, without prejudice to any other action, or to terminate this Agreement.
19. We reserve the right to reject your Membership Application and a Player Account may be closed, at Mansion’s sole discretion. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, including those terms which permit Mansion to withhold payment of winnings, any contractual obligations of either a Player or Mansion which have been made prior to a Player Account being closed will be honoured.
20. A Player must not authorise any third party to use their Player Account but a Player will be entirely responsible for all losses which are incurred as a result of having a third party use their Player Account. The Player must immediately inform Mansion if they suspect that another person has obtained access to their Player Account, and the Player will offer their full support to Mansion while investigating this issue.
21. The Player must not request or create a Player Account if they are in a jurisdiction in which the application for the opening of a Player Account and / or the use of our Services is illegal or against the law. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that this is not the case. Mansion reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate a Player’s Account immediately if Mansion discovers that the Player’s Account has been opened in a country where it is illegal to access the Services.
22. None of the executives, managers, directors, employees, consultants, or agents in Mansion, a Mansion Group company or affiliated companies, nor their relatives (in this clause, the term “relatives” means spouse, partner, parents, children or siblings of the people mentioned above) are authorised to open or hold a Player Account or use the Service directly or indirectly. If this clause is breached, Mansion reserves the right to close said Player Account immediately, void any Bets and to cancel payments on any win.
23. In accordance with regulatory requirements, your identity will need to be satisfactorily verified prior to your being able to make a deposit, participate in a promotion, or place a bet.
5. PLAYER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
24. The personal information that Mansion may request for registration includes but is not limited to: first name, surname, date of birth, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, language, currency for any deposits or withdrawals or ID card number.
25. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided to Mansion is accurate, precise and up to date.
26. It is the responsibility of the Player to protect their bank card against loss or theft, and the Player should immediately contact Mansion customer services if the card is lost or stolen.
27. Your username must not be obscene, threatening, racist, offensive, derogatory, defamatory or infringe any intellectual property right or property right of a third party. If at Mansion’s discretion, your username is considered to be inappropriate you will be asked by customer services to change it. Should you refuse this request Mansion reserves the right to terminate your Player Account.
28. Mansion presumes that all transactions are made by the rightful owner of the Player Account and are therefore valid. In no case is Mansion liable for losses incurred by the Player due to unauthorised use or misuse of their personal details.
29. Mansion will use strict security measures in order to protect Players’ personal information against unauthorised access. The Player is solely responsible for securing their username and password and all actions that take place because of access to the Service via your user name and password.
30. Your personal data shall be kept confidential and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal date or betting information unless compelled to do so by any applicable laws, regulations, court orders or by the relevant gambling authorities. We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to our payment services providers and financial institutions to the extent necessary for completion of payments for the Services.

6. LICENCE TO USE THE SERVICES
33. We hereby grant you a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and subject to the following conditions:
- 1. You are at least 18 years of age, resident in Great Britain, and that you are able to assume responsibility for your actions;
- 2. All information included in the registration form submitted to Mansion is true, accurate, complete, and corresponds to the name(s) appearing on the bank cards used for the deposits and payments of winnings. We reserve the right to close your Player Account in the event that the information provided to Mansion is found to be false, inaccurate, deceitful or incomplete. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes regarding the information you provided us with as soon as possible;
- 3. The use of the Services is a right that is bestowed upon you personally to play games of chance on the internet. This right is given to you with a personal and not a commercial purpose;
- 4. You may not under any circumstance authorise a third party to use your Player Account, your password or your identity to access the Services;
- 5. You understand the rules and procedures of all games offered on the Website;
- 6. It is your responsibility to note the payout rate or odds that apply to each game before you place a Bet and you acknowledge that payout rates and odds change from time to time. Please, note that irrespective of which odds format you select for odds to be shown in your customer account, all bets will be settled based on American odds;
- 7. We reserve the right not to release any funds suspected to be connected to or proceeding from crime to you;

- 9. You will not create or provide any means (including, without limitation, via emulators) through which the Software may be used by others.
- 10. You acknowledge that when playing games of chance through the use of the Services means that you are at risk of losing money. It is your sole responsibility to assume the losses suffered through your Player Account;
- 11. You acknowledge that our Services are consumed instantly when playing. Thus, we cannot provide returns of goods or refunds or, subject to any terms to the contrary, cancellation of your Bets once they have been placed. If you play a game on the Website with real money, the money will be drawn from your Player Account instantly;
- 12. You certify that you will not violate or attempt to violate or manipulate Mansion’s security measures in any way. If Mansion has reasonable suspicion with respect to this clause, Mansion reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Player Account immediately, to not credit you with the amount due on your Player Account, and to deny you access to the Website (and all other websites) and Services offered by Us;
- 13. You certify that in relation to the Services, you will not use or attempt to use any martingale betting strategy or software endowed, in our view, with artificial intelligence;
- 14. You acknowledge that in the event that Mansion reasonably determines that you used or attempted to use a product endowed with artificial intelligence in conjunction with our Services, that Mansion has the right to suspend or terminate your Player Account immediately, to not reimburse the amount credited to your Player Account, and prohibit your access to the Website, ( and all other websites) and Services offered by us;
- 15. You acknowledge that it is strictly forbidden for a Player to sell, transfer and/or acquire Accounts to/from another Player or transfer funds from their Account to another Player’s Account;
- 16. We only allow access to the Services through secured networks using encryption of the username and password. You cannot play and bet without passing our customer security login;
- 17. You will not attempt to use any techniques designed to hide or mislead as to your IP or true location.
34. Upon termination of this Agreement, the licence issued pursuant to clause 7.1 shall be automatically revoked and you shall stop using the Software and shall uninstall the Software from your Device.
7. IDENTIFICATION AND AGE VERIFICATION
35. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot use the Website and the Services.
36. Mansion reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of a Player, at any time, in order to prevent the access of the Website by minors. Any Player who registers on the Website must provide a valid form of identification, address, email address and telephone number.
37. By registering an Account and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to verify and confirm your identity and age.
38. In order to verify a Player’s identity and to ensure that they are of legal age for gambling, we will carry out regular checks.
39. Where these checks are unable to verify that any customer is 18 or over, Mansion reserves the right to ask for proof of age.
40. Your age must be verified in order to ensure you are of legal age for gambling. If within 72 hours of your first deposit we have not been able to successfully verify your age:
- 1. your Player Account will be frozen;
- 2. all funds in the Player Account will be withheld, and;
- 3. no further gambling activity will be allowed.
41. If on completion of the age verification process you are found to be underage, all deposits made on the Player Account will be returned, and the winnings and/or bonuses will be voided.
42. If we remain unable to verify your age through our regular checks, we will send an email to your registered email address requesting a copy of one of the following documents: birth certificate, driving licence, passport, citizen/national identity card.
43. In addition, you agree that if Mansion (in its absolute discretion) requires further verification of your identity that Mansion can send an email to your registered email address, requesting copies of two of the following documents, one of which must show your date of birth: birth certificate, driving license, passport, national identity card, utility bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old), which will need to be provided to Mansion in order to complete Mansion’s verification process. If such documents are requested, no withdrawals may be made until such documents have been provided to Mansion.
44. To be approved, all documents must be in acceptable condition (as decided by Mansion in its discretion) and be readable. Your Player Account username must be included in the communication, to ensure the check is completed promptly.
8. FURTHER CONDITIONS OF USE
45. You warrant:
- 1. that you are acting on your own behalf; and
- 2. you are not depositing money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorised activities.
46. You agree that we or a payment processing company on our behalf will handle all financial transactions (“Payment Processor”). You agree that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe or any suspicion that you may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, collusion, unlawful or improper activity.
47. You accept that you are solely responsible for the supply and maintenance of all the computer equipment and telecommunication network and internet access services that you need to use in order to access the Services. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any failure of your computer equipment, telecommunications network and/or internet access.
48. You warrant you will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages Mansion or any Mansion Group company’s reputation.
49. You warrant you are not colluding or attempting to collude in any collusion scheme with any other Player in the course of Betting.
50. You warrant are not a Potentially Exposed Person (“PEP”) nor do you appear on any international Sanction List.
9. OUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
51. Mansion is not responsible for the potential access to a Player’s Account by a third party and will not be held responsible for any potential loss suffered due to the illicit use of a Player’s password by a third party without authorised access, and/or for any transaction in which the name and password of a Player were registered correctly.
52. We will use your personal data to allow you to use the Services and to carry out operations relevant to your participation in the Services. We may also use your personal data to inform you of changes, new services and promotions that we think you may find interesting. If you do not wish to receive such direct marketing data, you may opt out of such a service. Mansion will not exchange and/or distribute email addresses or a Player’s personal information with third parties.
53. Mansion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to report any suspicious transaction and to transmit any information to the appropriate authorities and without notice to you. In such a case, you waive all rights of any nature that may be recognised anywhere of the communication of such information. In addition, Mansion reserves the right to withhold all the funds Mansion believes to be derived from cheating, fraudulent or unlawful activity and where required, without giving reason to you for withholding said funds.
54. Mansion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, end, revoke the use of and/or add elements to its Services, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice or compensation, subject to compliance with its regulatory obligations and subject to fulfilling all other commitments made under these Terms and Conditions.
55. We reserve the right to make enquires about you, including credit checks with third party credit and financial institutions. We also reserve the right to request information on source of funds.
10. SEGREGATION OF PLAYER FUNDS
56. We are required by our Great Britain Gambling Commission licence to inform Players about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency. We hold customer funds separate from company funds in a mixture of bank accounts, investment accounts/in reserve funds which we hold with our payment processors. These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: basic segregation.
57. Although Player balances are not protected in the event of insolvency, Mansion will endeavour to ensure necessary cash flow is maintained to cover Player balances. 11. FORBIDDEN JURISDICTIONS
58. Certain countries have not addressed the legality of games of chance on the internet, and others have specifically determined that such games are illegal. The use of the Services is in no way meant to be used by people who are forbidden by law to use it. The availability of the Services shall not be interpreted as an offer or invitation on our part to use the Services in a country where such use is illegal.
59. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are located in Great Britain. Please note that Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man are not considered as part of Great Britain for the purposes of Mansion’s online gambling services. Any customers from this region will be subject to Mansion’s Gibraltar gambling licence.
60. Mansion reserves the right to suspend a Player Account if it is used to access the Website outside of Great Britain.
12. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
61. Mansion is committed to providing a safe and responsible platform where Players can use the Services. Mansion is fully committed to help Players who show potential signs of problem gambling behaviour, or help Players that may be at risk of potentially becoming addicted in order to help face their problems and obtain the necessary advice and assistance that may be required.
62. Mansion offers the following
- a. Account limits – you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. These apply only on the Website on which it was set, and not to any other Mansion Group Websites you may have a Player Account with.
- b. Reality Check – our “reality check” feature allows you to receive a reminder when you have been playing for a pre-set period of time.
- c. Time Out – if you wish to restrict your gambling for a short period of time (up to 6 weeks), you can do so by following our time out procedure on our Responsible Gaming page. On completion of this process, we will temporarily close your account and you will not be able to access it. You can “Time out” for 24 hours, one week, one month or any other reasonable amount of time up to 6 weeks. On completion of this period your account will be automatically re-opened and you can resume playing. Time Outs apply on all accounts opened in all Websites operated by Mansion Group, but may take up to 48 hours to come into effect across all brands.
- d. Self-Exclusion – If you wish to restrict your gambling, you can do so by following our self-exclusion procedure. On completion of this process, we will close your account and return any outstanding balance to you. Any outstanding Bets that have already been placed will remain open and settled according to our betting rules. You can close an account or self-exclude for a minimum of six months and a maximum of 5 years. If you elect to self-exclude, your account may not be opened or utilised during the period of self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, all efforts will be made to exclude you from betting. However, you must not attempt to Bet with us, and we cannot be responsible or liable for any subsequent consequences or losses (howsoever caused) that you may suffer or incur if you continue gambling through additional accounts where you have altered any of your registration details or you provide misleading, inaccurate or incomplete details or otherwise seek to circumvent the self-exclusion. We will not reopen any self-excluded account but, after the expiry of the exclusion period, you may telephone us to open your account. We will provide you with a 24-hour cooling off period, during which you may elect to keep the exclusion in place.

15. BET ACCEPTANCE AND WINNINGS
Bet Acceptance and Disconnection
67. Bets will be validly placed if your username and password have been entered correctly, subject to there being sufficient funds in your Player Account.
68. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the details of your Bets are correct. Once your Bet has been accepted and acceptance of the Bet is confirmed by Mansion, it cannot be revoked, cancelled or changed.
69. MansionBet only accepts bets placed online. Bets are not accepted in any other form, i.e. (email, telephone or fax etc.) If such request is received, the bet will be voided, win or lose.
70. The minimum amount for a bet is £0.10. On the other hand, the maximum bet amount not a fixed amount but is instead set by our trading team, depending on the chosen betting market amongst other factors.
71. Bet requests will be successfully registered with Mansion once the stake has been selected and you click on the Bet confirmation button. However, we make no guarantee that any bet within the limit or that exceeds the limit will be accepted as valid. The Bet details/outcome will be available and displayed on screen in the Player Account history section.
72. Bets (excluding live betting) will be accepted until the advertised start time of the event. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes an event after its actual or advertised start time, unless it is a live-betting event, the match/bet will be treated as a non-runner.
73. MansionBet offers you the ability to bet in play on a variety of global sporting events and while we do make every effort to ensure all live betting information is accurate, there may be situations where such information is incorrect, due to delays or otherwise. When checking live betting odds, live event start times or any other live event markets, please be aware that such information is provided as a guide only and we accept no liability for the outcome of any inaccuracies which may occur. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check such information is accurate at the time of publication.
74. All Bets are logged and recorded in the transaction log database.
75. MansionBet reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. If an account has insufficient funds as a result of a deposit that has been cancelled by the payment processing party, MansionBet reserves the right to cancel any bet that may have been accepted retroactively.
76. Where an event is cancelled, all related bets will be void automatically and accounts refunded.
77. If any match is abandoned due to injury, bad weather, crowd trouble etc. All bets that have already been settled up until the time of abandonment will stand. For example: If a football match is abandoned in the second half, all bets involving the 1st half will stand. What’s more, if there has been a goal scored, the first goal scorer market will stand, but the last and anytime bets will be void. For Tennis: if a player retires injured in the 3rd set, all bets to win the 1st and 2nd sets will stand.
78. Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. If such a bet is taken in error, the bet will be cancelled upon detection.
79. MansionBet reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question or (ii) match-rigging has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes or pattern of bets placed with MansionBet across any or all of our betting channels.
80. MansionBet reserves the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet request in accordance with the Terms & Conditions that govern your participation in our services, at our discretion. Individual bet requests may be reviewed and an alternative price or staked maybe offered at our sole discretion. In respect of any Bet, the decision of Mansion is final. If you wish to dispute our decision, please see clause 18 for our complaints procedure.
81. Where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a goal is scored or a sending off etc.) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.
82. MansionBet reserves the right to cancel any bets from customers who place money on an event where they are in involved directly or indirectly, as participants, referee, coach etc.
83. In the unlikely event of a system or manual human error resulting in a manifestly or palpably incorrect betting market being provided, or where bets are accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market or are clearly incorrect given the chance of the event happening at the time the bet was made. We reserve the right to rectify such manifest error by voiding the bets in question.
84. A number of bets may be treated as being one when a Customer places multiple copies of the same bet. When this occurs all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may be treated as being one. When this occurs all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck. An example would be where one particular selection is repeatedly included in Multiple bets involving other short-priced selections.
85. The official result is final for settlement purposes except where specific rules state the contrary. The podium position in Grand Prix racing, the medal ceremony in athletics and any similar official ceremony or presentation in other sports are to be treated as the official result.
86. Winnings will be credited to the customer’s account following confirmation of the final official result.
87. You acknowledge that our Random Number Generator (RNG) will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards, the outcome of the games and other randomly generated processes that are part of our Services. You agree that the outcome of the RNG is final.

Winnings
89. Your winnings are exclusive of the Bet amount. Please note that for sports betting the maximum pay-out per single calendar day, across all sports and markets, is £100,000.

96. Mansion commits to respond to the complainants with the results of the inquiry within one month from the date of the lodgement of the complaint, and will endeavour to provide a prompt resolution of issues at hand.
Referring a complaint – Second Level
97. If for any reason you are not satisfied with how Mansion has resolved your complaint, you may decide that the matter be referred to a dispute resolution service.
98. Players can refer their complaints for adjudication by the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (“IBAS”). Your dispute will be reviewed and, if considered genuine, it will be referred to a panel for adjudication. Once the adjudication process is considered complete, the panel will issue a ruling in the form of a written document, which will be sent to you and Mansion. 101. Please note that IBAS will only adjudicate on a dispute if:
- 0. the dispute has occurred with the last 12 months;
- 1. the operator holds a licence issued by the Great Britain Gambling Commission and the dispute concerns a bet which is subject to the laws of England and Wales, or Scotland;
- 2. a genuine deadlock exists between the Player and Mansion.

103. If a Player submits a complaint or claim in accordance with clauses 18.6 to 18.10, Mansion reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without prejudice to any subsequent proceedings, to close the Player’s Account, deny access to all or part of the Services, and in particular to refuse to accept a Bet or transaction, or to withdraw promotional offers from Mansion pending the conclusion of any proceedings.
18. PLAYER ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION Closing your Player Account
104. You can close your Player Account at any time. If you want to close your Player Account you should confirm in writing by email to our Customer Support team. Player Account closures shall take effect within 48 hours of Mansion received the closure request.
105. Upon closing your Player Account, subject to any other term, you can withdraw your balance in accordance with your Withdrawal Policy. Suspension of your Player Account

- 7. you are found colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking any kind of fraudulent activity;

If you have played in a professional capacity, or in tandem with other Customer(s) as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections; in this instance we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict the total maximum pay out for the combined total of any such bets, to the equivalent of the Maximum Daily Payout limit permitted for a single Customer (as outlined at section 21 above). 108. Your gameplay shall be reviewed for irregular betting patterns. Irregular betting shall mean: (1) equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting by placing multiple bets; and (2) placing multiple bets in order to circumvent any maximum bet limitation (as shown on the betting slip or as agreed with MansionBet). In case MansionBet identifies an irregular betting pattern, we may: (i) void all of the Customer’s bets which are linked to irregular betting, except for the bet placed first; or (ii) cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account and remove any subsequent winnings relating to the bonus or free bet.
109. Immediately following the cancellation of this Agreement by either party, Mansion will return the amount in your Player Account subject to any withdrawal fees.
110. All information collected during the registration process is kept even after a Player Account is closed. This information is kept for regulatory purposes, the prevention of fraud and money laundering. Mansion reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and justice and any other official authority for any investigation of illegal activity on the Website.
111. Upon termination of your account, you agree and acknowledge that your rights to use the Website or the Services shall immediately terminate.
112. Your sole remedy in the event of termination of your Account by us for any reason related to clauses 19.3.1 to 19.3.19 shall be the re-imbursement of any undisputed Player Account balance you may then have and we shall have no further liability to you whatsoever.
19. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
113. “Dormant” Player Accounts are defined as a Player Account which, for a continuous period of 12 (twelve) months or more, has not either (a) had funds deposited in it; or (b) had funds withdrawn from it; or (c) had a Bet placed from it; or (d) had a Bet settled from it.
114. Once your Player Account has been deemed Dormant we will attempt to repay the entirety of your Player Account balance into your originally elected payment method. If this attempted repayment is unsuccessful, we will be entitled to charge you a administration fee of £5 (“Administration Fee”). We will deduct the Administration Fee from your Player Account every 30 days once your Player Account is deeded “Dormant” in accordance with clause 20.1. You will be given 45 days written notice by email that your Player Account is about to become “Dormant” and subject to the Administration Fee.
115. We will stop deducting the Administration Fee from your Player Account if your Player account is re-activated by your placing a bet.
116. Even if you do not choose to re-activate your Player Account, you may contact Customer Support at any time requesting to retrieve your balance.
117. Once your Player Account reaches zero and/or a negative balance as a result of the deductions of the Administration Fee then your Player Account will be closed.
118. If your Player Account has been deemed Dormant and has subsequently been Dormant for an additional 24 (twenty four) calendar months, your Player Account shall be deemed to be an “Abandoned Account” and closed, and the sum total of cash held in your Player Account at the time of closure will be donated to charity.
119. Due to data protection legislation, we are unable to confirm to anyone other than the Player Account holders themselves whether our systems hold an account registered to a particular name. If a third party believes that he/she has a legal interest in an account held under a different name (by way of example, in situations of bereavement or incapacity of the Player Account holder), he/she shall be requested to send in his/her ID as well as a court order; power of attorney (or similar) proving the aforementioned legal interest. This document will be reviewed by the Mansion legal team and only then can a search for accounts or any reply to the third party be considered.
20. INDEMNITY
120. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify us, to defend us and to exonerate Mansion, each Mansion Group company or their Representatives on demand in respect of any claim, damage, loss (whether direct or indirect), loss of reputation, loss of profits, cost or expense suffered by Mansion, any Mansion Group company or their Representatives, including but not limited to all legal fees, in relation to:
- 0. any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, rights of a third party or any law or regulation;
- 1. your access to the Website;
- 2. Betting or any other use of the Services (by you or another person);
- 3. download and installation of the Software on any Devices;
- 4. any action / legal proceedings, claims, demands, or complaints made by a third party against Mansion or any Mansion Group company resulting from any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and/or any relevant laws or rights of third parties;
- 5. your fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

122. In particular, as regards the Content (in whole or in part) the Player is forbidden, to engage in prohibited activities listed below (collectively, “Prohibited Acts”):

123. If the Player commits a Prohibited Act, the Player will be held entirely responsible for all damages, costs and expenses arising therefrom.

129. It remains your responsibility to protect your system from all computer viruses and Mansion, under any circumstances, shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred in relation to any viruses. In case of viruses in our systems, we reserve the right to suspend the Services.
130. We do not guarantee that:
- 0. the Services are entirely secure and exempt from error;
- 1. the Services are updated regularly;
- 2. any defect in the Services are regularly corrected;
- 3. that access to the Services will be uninterrupted;
- 4. the Services are virus or bug free;
- 5. the Services will be continually operational;
- 6. that the Services are adequate;

131. Mansion will not be held responsible for any act or omission by an internet service provider or of any other third party, including those with whom you may have contracted in order to have access to the Services. In case of litigation between the internet service provider and yourself, Mansion cannot be a party to the suit, and such suit shall in no way affect the Player’s obligations under this contract.

In the event of errors relating to the generation or communication of any result, bet settlement or other element of the Services, including the random number generators used in certain games on the Services, we will not be liable to you as a result of any such errors and Mansion reserves the right to void all Bets on the games affected and your Bet will be returned.
133. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will exclude or restrict Mansion’s responsibility in any manner which is prohibited by relevant laws.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
134. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to:

135. Except under Clause 24.1 above and save in respect of any winnings lawfully due to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our maximum liability to you in relation to any one incident or series of related incidents is limited to the greater of:

24. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION
139. This Agreement, its interpretation and its execution, as well as all other legal relations between the parties to this contract, is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees, subject as provided below, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Mansion to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.

27. GENERAL
146. Failure of Mansion to exercise their rights under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a general waiver of those rights.
